Create professional, multilingual surveys with our intuitive drag-and-drop builder. Design questionnaires with a variety of question types, organize content into sections, and preview your work in real-time.
Quick Start
Get your first survey up and running in minutes:
- Create a new survey - Click "Create Survey" from the survey list, or start from a template in the Template Gallery
- Configure basic settings - Enter a name, description, and select the default language
- Add sections - After creating, you are redirected to the Section Manager where you can organize your survey into sections
- Add questions - Click into each section to add questions from 12 question types
- Preview your work - Use the Preview button to test the survey flow before publishing
- Publish - Edit survey settings and set the status to "Active" to start collecting responses
Question Types
Srvey supports 12 question types for every research need:
Basic Types

Sections
Organize your survey into logical sections to improve the respondent experience:
Section Features
- Title and description - Help respondents understand what to expect
- Progress indicator - Show respondents how far they have progressed
- Conditional display - Show or hide sections based on previous answers
- Content sections - Add explanatory text without questions
Creating a Section
- Click "Add Section" on the survey editor
- Enter a title (visible to respondents)
- Optionally add a description for context
- Drag and drop to reorder sections
Multilingual Support
Create surveys in multiple languages to reach a global audience:
- Set your default language - This is the primary language for your survey, configured when creating the survey
- Add additional languages - Go to Team Language Settings to enable more languages for your team
- Provide translations - Each section title, description, question, and option can have translations using the language tabs
- Automatic detection - Respondents see the survey in their browser language if available

Troubleshooting
Issue: Survey not saving
Symptoms: Changes disappear after editing, or you see save errors.
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page and try again
- Ensure you have edit permissions for this survey
- Clear your browser cache
Issue: Questions not appearing
Symptoms: Questions exist but do not appear in preview or for respondents.
Solutions:
- Check if the question has a condition that is not being met
- Verify the question is not marked as hidden
- Ensure the section containing the question is visible
Issue: Translations not showing
Symptoms: Survey shows in default language only.
Solutions:
- Verify the language is enabled in Team Language Settings
- Check that translations are saved for all required fields
- Test with a different browser language setting
Best Practices
- Keep questions clear and concise - Avoid double-barreled questions
- Use section breaks strategically - Give respondents a sense of progress
- Preview on mobile devices - Many respondents use phones
- Test with colleagues - Get feedback before publishing
- Use the Test Mode - Complete the survey yourself to check the flow
- Limit survey length - Aim for 5-10 minutes maximum completion time
